So far as his plastic surgery thing went, it was not only him who was guilty if you think that was a crime. Almost all Americans and people who could afford a nip and a tuck creepingly went under the knives.

Personally, I think he really looked terrific in his new facials with dimples in the right places and all. What’s amazing is how courageous and pure he was. He is a guy who was not afraid of taking risks.

To me he donated his body to fulfill our thirst and love for perfection desired for the perpetual human circus?

Moreover, it is easier checking up on how things are going, than worrying yourself sick doing everything on your own, all at once.

Give yourself a well deserved reward.

I come to realise that a number of magazines provide useful articles on stress too. Most of the tips all focus on the same concepts – breathing, counting to 10 and taking time to focus on your own self. While all of those suggestions are probably more helpful to others than they are for me, I’d rather read some articles on stress elimination. I do not even know if got any suggestions out there, but if you can find one, tell me!

In whatever life choice that we take every single time, we are bringing the self either closer to wellness or sickness. Think of it as this way: we are the flag tied at the center
of a rope in a tug of war. One end leads to sickness and eventually death, the other to wellness and eventually longevity. Each moment that we do something, each food choice that we make, or even each day that we do our lifestyle routines, we have to think “To what side are we going then?”

“Three” is relatively simple, as it would pertain to three times of the day: morning, afternoon, and evening. In relation to this, a person has to plan out the activities in their appropriate time. There are activities that are suitable in the morning, or maybe until the afternoon, and there are also some personal activities that are suitable for the evening. Any
