During the wasps season The Waspman will be removing wasps nests throughout Trafford, Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire for a set of only thirty-two pounds (44.50 for postcodes (L, CH & CW).
We are available seven days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and evenings and do not charge an extra for evening and weekend call outs.
Wasps nests can normally be destroyed from the outside of the property by injecting a small amount of wasp powder into the entrance using a special device.
It is necessary to get a wasps’ nest removed before mid-september when the new queens which will construct next season’s nests start to emerge. Once this commences simply destoying the nest will not kill these wasp queens as they are no longer using the nest. A single nest can create as many as 2000 queens.
For the whole of the summer months we give priority to wasp calls as we know that many people suffer badly from wasps stings and it is vital to destroy the nest as quickly as possible. We do our best to provide a same day service but this is obviously governed by how busy we are.
